It is great just to have a functioning, clean website. The clarity of what the organization does is there; it has a human element... It's pretty, user-friendly, and (easy to) navigate.

I had the great pleasure of working with Ali (and the Key Medium team) when I was developing the Philadelphia region’s Hospitality & Entertainment Industry Partnership (H&EIP). The local hospitality industry was devastated by the pandemic, and the partnership was only six months old at the time. Constantly evolving city health mandates caused many restaurant closures, rules surrounding mask-wearing, and a variety of other restrictions. The H&EIP had to pivot its marketing strategy in order to remain as current as possible with the constant state of industry flux, and we needed to create a one-stop shop webpage for local industry leaders. I was connected with them through my IP project management role at Philadelphia Works. Throughout the webpage creation process, (they were) timely, patient, and thoroughly answered all my questions. The process was such a smooth one that the webpage was completed one week before its deadline. Following H&EIP webpage creation, they continued to stay engaged and connected with me, addressing any technical difficulties that arose with the webpage; and even keeping me connected on webinars that were of mutual interest to us.
